Josh stood head and shoulders above the other agents, he is full of industry knowledge, researched our property before meeting us, charismatic and enthusiastic personality which is what you want in an agent selling your property. He helped us through the entire selling process, answering all our questions promptly and openly. Always on time and well presented for open homes, always monitoring other open homes around to ensure we had the best time slot. Provided timely feedback on open house and prices. Respected our decision once we decided we had a offer we wanted to go with. Josh/Belle are not the cheapest we looked at but also where not the most expensive. Yet the entire package was far ahead of all other agencies. Regarding the marketing, most other agencies gave us different packages to select based on what we wanted. Josh gave us his opinion on what would work best for the property and the importance of social media marketing and it was all still cheaper than others with their “tiered packages”. I honestly believe Josh was our best choice in agents and got us a price no other agents we spoke to would have managed. I will be recommending Josh/Belle to anyone I know that is looking for an agent to represent them and he will be my first call if I want to buy or sell a property in the future.
