We had a no-stress experience listing our townhouse with Josh and his team. Josh has provided us upfront with an estimate of all marketing costs and his agency fee, assessed the advantages of our place, advised on the best ways to present it (didn't push to have it staged) and listened to our views. The advantage of engaging Josh is his knowledge of the local area and great communication skills (always responsive, communicates any updates straight away). Josh was able to sell our place off market using his previous engagements with potential buyers (auctions, etc) and achieve the price we were happy with.
