Josh helped the reviewer sell this property

Selling sucessfully with Josh in the very difficult 2026 market.

Just as we listed our apartment for sale, the market went into one of the biggest price corrections in decades (challenging to say the very least). Josh was open to discussing the reality of the situation and we had numerous clear discussions about where to go from here. We never once felt like we were alone, and we had weekly, sometimes daily, discussions. When the market is great, like a sellers market, perhaps your choice of agent may not be so crucial; when the market can suddenly become hard or stagnant (as we suddenly experienced), you need to have an experienced and dedicated person on your side, who will listen to you and have your back. I am so thankful we listed with Josh, and I cannot recommend him enough.
