Excellent marketing, communication and honesty

We had an excellent experience selling our house with Josh and Michael. From day one, Josh's honesty and approach was very much appreciated. The marketing and communication were amazing, with a flexible approach and always honesty in terms of price. The pre-auction meeting was excellent to provide us with information leading into the auction and Andrew as our auctioneer gave us some info and homework to do which helped immensely on auction day. We got an excellent result on auction day with the team making the right decisions under pressure and Andrew engaging the crowd while we had to make tough decisions. Josh's properties rarely pass in and there's a reason for that! What an incredible team and we couldn't be happier. Thank you again.
