I find all estate agents usually full of shit But Josh is an exception he is a straight shooter and does tell porky pies, gives you all the information you need to feel comfortable about your listing Don’t deny yourself in meeting a true professional in real estate
Josh was extremely thorough and had an extensive knowledge of the market and area. He was very transparent and guided us throughout the whole house sale process with ease. We secured a quick sale, for a price we were happy with and negotiated an extended settlement to aid in our international move.
