No Drama ..

As it happened Joshua was a stranger who assisted us when we locked our keys inside a storage unit. He wasn't aware that we planned to sell and we weren't aware at the time that he was an agent, and he went out of his way to be a good Samaritan. :-) During the sales process both Joshua & Andrea worked as a team and all went smoothly. We were happy that they listened to our thoughts on the process and worked with us, rather than proceed in a standard cookie cutter approach.
