We met met Josh by accident while inspecting a home that was not quite right, having looked for a month or more. He asked us as we exited the open house what we thought of the house and our response was 'we were looking for something bigger with an extra bedroom'. He suggested he might have something new coming up so took our details. An hour later he rang with the information, offering to arrange us a private inspection. Unfortunately, the timing did not suit us so we waited for the first open house. In between he sent us a link to the property with all the details required. We saw the property three times under the guidance of his colleague, Chang, put in an offer, which was accepted. Josh was always on time, well presented, well spoken and respectfully attended to our needs. He was very knowledgeable about our property and I believe would have answered any question big or small. He always followed up all enquirers and provided us with the result we wanted. We wish Josh all the very best with his career in real estate.
