Was A Quick Sale, Fantastic Result- Local Knowledge Helped So Much

Really happy I chose Joshua Cassells, to sell my house. He grew up in the area and really knows it well. He kept me up to date with what other places were selling for so I had a good idea of what to expect. The house sold pretty quickly and for a bit more than I was hoping for, which was a nice outcome! He and his team were patient with me while I got the house ready and always kept me in the loop with everything.
