My husband and I flew in from Sydney to the Gold Coast to see an investment property with Joshua. The flight was late and Joshua was still kind enough to meet with us at the property, at 7.30 on a Friday night. This was the first of about 7 viewings over that weekend we wanted to inspect. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, but yet so easy to deal with. We could not have asked for a better agent to see us through the whole process and we are extremely happy and excited about our purchase.
