I first met Josh when he took over the management of our rental property at a complex at Highland Park Gold Coast. I was impressed with Josh from the beginning because he was always available to speak to me if there was any issue with our unit, always helpful, always friendly, alway courteous, always got things done. When we decided to sell our unit in July this year, Josh had moved on to a sales position with RAAS, and I had no hesitation in asking him to handle the sale for us. He was an immense help to us, over and above 'the call of duty' imo and I can't recommend, and thank, Josh enough. We had a few things that needed to be done to our unit before sale and Josh took care of it all. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Josh
