Joshua was professional and was approachable during this period. Though there were some push back and forth from the previous owner, Joshua did all the required from his end. During the settlement time, Joshua was away due to personal requirement. While i respect his personal time, was missing Joshua as there was no celebration when collecting keys.. No chocolates, no wine, no flowers from Riverfront - which was bit disappointing to me and my family.
