Joshua helped the reviewer sell this property

Accomplished

Our direct involvement with Joshua was in the sale of our family home of 59yrs. Though some months prior, he was so helpful and patient with my sister's purchass of her new home. He had proved himself again with the sale of our family home. Though it was hard to let go, Joshua taped into our personal attachment, and helped us by making this an easy process. Auction day was very fruitful, both parties achieved their needs. With Josh In the background doing all the hard work, it would not have been possible. Now that settlement has been completed, we require his knowledge again for another purchase. We do thoroughly recommend Joshua as your RE Agent, sales or purchasing. On behalf of the Teuma family, thank you Joshua.
