Hi Josh, I hope your boss will be reading this reply. Peter and myself were exceptionally impressed how all you guys work as a team. There was no ownership when showing us homes. You worked as a team and you all knew everything about the homes you were showing us. This gave us a lot of confidence. Buying another house ( our dream holiday/retirement house) is not just buying another dress you know. My nerves were hopping quite a bit. The most important thing that we were overwhelmed with is that you understood us. You all knew what we were looking for in a home and you listened to what was important. You made us feel very comfortable and were very obliging with the times we could do walk thru’s. Stewart was very calming when I thought someone could consumpt us before contracts were exchanged. I was a bit of a mess. Josh we really appreciated the phone call before we travelled back to Cessnock to discuss our offer for our house. It saved a lot of guessing and what if’s driving back home.
