In selling our home it came at an unexpected time due to family circumstances. Josh was absolutely amazing with not only his advice and expertise but his kind nature in assisting with the day to day how to get things done and taking one step at a time. Josh had an army of contacts to assist with areas needing help but no pressure to utilise their services, Josh just made them available if needed. No phone call was unanswered, no help not assisted. In regards to updates there was not an open house or viewing that I was not thoroughly briefed on same day to provide the feedback of a prospective buyer, the like and like not's.
