Great Communicator and Very Professional

We purchased an apartment which was listed by Joshua. The marketing and information provided was very good. Joshua communicated extremely well. He was prompt in conversing with the owner and getting back to us on some of the smaller issues we had. This gave us confidence to move forward with the purchase. He was also very good during the settlement period in arranging for access to the apartment by the curtain people and painter to measure and quote which expedited us moving in.
