Myself and the family only met Josh twice, but we knew we could trust him. I can attest that he's been honest, upfront and always happy to answer us with questions that we have. Being based overseas I did extensive research on all the agents in South Yarra before marketing my townhouse. The team at Williams Batters were not only the most competitive in terms of marketing costs they made me feel very comfortable that they had the best handle on the market and were gong to be no fuss and easy to deal with. I have to say Joshua Ling exceeded my expectations on all counts. His communication, his willingness to go the extra yard in preparing the property and his ability to ensure we had a very well attended (and successful) auction were outstanding.
