Josh was outstanding from start to finish. Despite multiple contracts falling through due to buyers’ finance, he never gave up & worked hard to secure us a great price. His knowledge of the local area & market was excellent. He kept us informed every step of the way, was honest, professional & always had our best interests at heart. His persistence, communication, & market knowledge made all the difference. We highly recommend him & will definitely use him again. My advice? Ring him if selling.
