Josh was a good salesman. I found I had to buy straight away cause their where other offers coming in fast and that's why I went unconditional sale. My mistake which I will never make again since I have found out there is major damage to floor and stumps. I would have liked him to recommend me to get a builders permit and pest inspection pre-sale. Overall, a top bloke and who was just doing his job.
