Josh was amazing to work with, The house we were interested in, didn’t have a floor plan, been 45mins from where I lived, Josh organised video walk through of the property. After viewing it, I organised a two inspections, with no hassle. On meeting Josh in person, the vibe was he is very cool calm relaxed person. Didn’t pressure us with time when viewing the property. Every question we had about the property Josh responded quickly. With me being Shift worker Josh was happy to speak outside of business hours. He does have very good knowledge of small community towns.
