my wife and I had excellent service from Joshua as he prepared an extensive marketing plan and the worked tirelessly to implement it. The market was very flat as an election was called at the start of the campaign and the banks had already tightened the ability to borrow. Whilst we had a great number at the open house events on auction day the bidding was disappointing despite the efforts of the whole team. However Josh and his boss worked the phones and it resulted in a sale 3 days later.
