In the end this resulted in both parties getting comfortable and adjustments made to price that ended up closing the deal. I cant recommend Josh highly enough - professional, honest, knowledgable of his market and his industry, hardworking and pro-active with a passion for his job that shows through in all his dealings with both buyer and seller.
