While I was not a fan of the EOI process as a buyer, I can see the appeal from a seller’s perspective. The Agents (Josh and Brendan) were excellent and kept me informed and were diligent in answering our questions. Bidding for and then successfully buying a house is a stressful process but the Belle team did a great job navigating it for us.

From Josh on the front line to Rebecca in the office a;; went smoothly. Good turn around time, no fuss. Only issue was the Belle data base that we were on didn't flag this opportunity to us, we only stumbled across it through friends and noticing an open house as we walked past.

An excellent operator with our needs and interest understood by Joshua at all times. He was an excellent negotiator and brought the sale to the agreed conclusion with regard to time and price.
