Josh and Luke and team were prompt to respond to enquiries. They provided information as to services I may need to get to the open home stage. For me personally I probably needed a little more checking in in the before open home stage given that I am an older person on my own and the last home I sold was around 2006 :). However I did have the opportunity to discuss this with Josh and my feedback was received in an open manner I came across a number of agents in my time of visiting open homes and Josh conveyed honesty and trustworthiness and having gone with him this was demonstrated This was definitely not the sense I gained with all agents. I would recommend him
