When Joshua walked into our house to appraise it, we were struck by his young age, but his personality more than made up for it. Right from the start he showed us that he connected to our property, looked it over with enthusiam and made postive comment on all the right things that mattered to us, as it was personal, we loved this property and had put a lot of soul into the property and he saw that.....he got it!! It was Joshua's honesty and integrity that appealled to us greatly, and with that, Joshua put forward a great presentation that we were fully invovled with and had a lot of say in, which was important to us. And then he sold it to the first person who saw it at a top end price which were are so very appreciative of. Thank you Joshua, retain all that you are, as you are authentic and people selling their houses...want that in an agent.
