When most kids were playing cricket or football at the park, Josh spent his weekends in a display home looking over plans of subdivision with his parents for the now established Ashfield Estate. He didn't know it at the time, but this was the starting point of a fulfilling real estate career that began in 2005.
Josh went to school at St Annes then graduated from Sunbury Secondary College in 2003, but there was no doubt in Josh’s mind that as soon as he was able to, he was going to utilize his life long acquired real estate knowledge to serve his local community.
Hard working but also well travelled including time in both China and Europe, gradually Josh has developed an easy going yet worldly demeanour that allows him to seamlessly get along with people from all walks of life.
Josh understands that Real Estate isn’t just about selling houses, rather, it’s about understanding his client's needs, building that relationship and getting them from A to B.
When Josh isn't selling homes for his loyal customer base, he is surfing down the coast or visiting family and friends.
