I bought and sold the property with the help of Joshua within three years. He was helpful in negotiating the price with the buyer and was very patient with the sale. The buyer was the developer, and there were quite a few fine points of negotiation, one of which necessitated the reduction of Josh's commission. Overall he was very patient.
