Joshua gave the lowest estimate a year prior to us listing as well as this time when we actually listed our house for sale. He has a very good feel for the market and is able to justify his opinions. It is easy to be seduced by an Agent who quotes an inflated estimate but this can lead to problems and disappointment. Joshua was always realistic and confident. He consistently said that, even if there was only one interested party, he would be able to sell our property at an acceptable price. This is exactly what happened! Only one bidder at auction was very scary but Joshua talked them up to a reasonable price that we settled on. Whilst this was a bit below what we were hoping for, but it was an excellent result given the lack of buyer interest and market values continuing to decline. We were glad we had Joshua working for us.

Joshua has great knowledge of the property market and I found him to be very responsive with great service.

Josh was great to deal with he explained the process as Purple Bricks was a new concept for us. Once we accepted he arranged photos and had it posted on the main websites and material was ready for open day. Purple Bricks give you the option to opt in or out of using LawLab solicitors I don't recommend using LawLab they made several errors and multiple people handle your case. Pay the extra and use your own solicitor. Thanks to Josh we sold and moved into our dream home.
