When we were thinking of selling our home we contacted 3 agents to assess and value the house. We advised that we still had 4 weeks of work to complete however. Ray White Mittagong were off the mark quickly and advised that as they were selling 2 properties in the next street and they would like to see our place right away. They came (4 people) and liked the place. Joshua Sloss was next to contact, home visit carried out and home assessed. In our minds R White were hot favourites to place our business with (apparently top sellers in the area) but as the days went by, R White seemed to forget us (inexperienced sellers) nervously waiting on any type of response. Joshua kept contacting and visiting, in the end gaining our confidence and the contract. The rest is history but despite the market slide we still gained a top price mainly due to Joshua's knowledge of the area and fine rapport with the buyer and of course with my wife and I. If anyone asks I would recommend Joshua and Highlands Property.
