Josh has in-depth knowledge of the industry and area and if there is anything he is unsure of, he will go above and beyond to find us the answer. Despite the volatile market condition with apartments, Josh and his team manage to get a healthy flow of interest throughout the sales process, and as a result the unit was sold at a very satisfactory price in line with market condition.
