Buying your first house should be an amazing experience but unfortunately buying through Joshua Sutherland made for a stressful and unenjoyable process. The lack of honesty and having to constantly chase him up on things that should have been done made for a very long 2 months. Would recommend thinking twice before considering Joshua for buying or selling. We took our problems to the licensee to try and sort it internally and give them the opportunity to resolve the issues but they were not interested.
