Have been working with Joshua for a few years, he is a responsible and effective agent for sure. We had initially started of badly due to miscommunication but Joshua and his team were great when organising a handyman to come to fix our washing machine after settlement. Despite it taken them almost 4 months not their fault but handyman’s unavailability.
