When I was thinking of selling my property Joshua was doing a letter box drop and we began talking. He told me he was just starting out in the real estate industry and I thought I would give him a boost as this was to be his first listing of his career. Joshua is a very competent agent with a very good approach to understanding the needs of his customers, suggesting options, but also respecting their decisions.
