Joshua Ward is a very enthusiastic, genuine and motivated person. In addition, he knows the area well and was confident of achieving a higher sales price than other agents quoted. We are very happy with the result. In retrospect, there are two areas for improvement: - Although we were informed of the general progress, more specific information about the number/names of prospective customers would have been appreciated. - We may have done a little better in terms of deposit and/or terms, if we had a more considered negotiation strategy at the very end.
Joshua was reliable and honest with a straight forward approach, listened to what we wanted and followed up with an efficient service.
