Our experience with Josh was first class! From day 1 through to final settlement has been an absolute breeze. It was the first auction/sale that my wife and I have been a part of and Josh made it the easiest transition we could have hoped for. He was able to explain every step of the process which ultimately lead to an enjoyable and stress free sale. If I were buying or selling again in the future I have no doubt Josh will be the first agent and last agent I would call.

Josh was extremely professional, he took the time to explain everything to me. There was times I would call him 3 to 4 times a night and he always had the time to talk and explain everything in simple terms. He's personable attitude means he's able to build great relationships with buyers and as a result brought me a unbelievable result. I couldn't recommend josh highly enough.
