Unfortunately I had an awful experience with Josie. She assured me that upon selling my property, she would do everything to assist in finding a new property to purchase before settlement. However once the contract was signed I didn’t hear from her again until the “subject to” fell through as she had assured my purchases that their house would sell for nearly $300,000 more than it actually sold for at auction. Then she was suddenly back in touch to get me to drop my sale price so that the deal would go through. Under pressure of “we need a decision right now” I agreed and asked for a reduction in the commission % in compensation. Weeks after, she denied a refused the % reduction and then held up settlement as there was dog hair at the house, and I wouldn’t agree to get her cleaners in. Everything went through finally. The purchasers of my place also felt she pressured them into selling for less than they had expected.Didn’t even get a congratulations gift from her after she made more than $50,000 on the two sales. Won’t use her or LJ Hooker ever again!
