From the outset, Josie was an incredibly professional, ‘no-nonsense’ agent. As a seller, she gave me honest and supportive advice on how best to market and sell my home. She tapped into her extensive networks and managed to canvas interested parties, effectively securing a serious buyer within days of listing my property. Unlike many agents I have worked with, Josie prioritised my needs as a seller foremost - she saved me a significant amount of expenditure in unnecessary marketing costs, fought to get me the best sale price that would reflect the market and made personal sacrifices (often after working hours) to support my needs and work schedule. For her, it was never ‘just about the commission’ - when administrative delays and buyer finance issues outside her control delayed the settlement, Josie took extra measures to protect my rights as a seller and ensured I was not financially disadvantaged (even to her own personal expense). This extended to her personally challenging and correcting building valuers and finance companies that were acting in an unscrupulous manner. I cannot speak highly enough for Josie’s conduct. I don’t need to say I would enlist her services again because I already have; our family have successfully sold a second property through her, with similarly outstanding results.
