I had a very disappointing experience with the sales agents. It felt like their main priority was their commission and getting another number on their sales record, rather than protecting the seller’s interests. They seemed more focused on the buyer and completing the sale, while the financial loss and concerns of the seller were overlooked. In my case, the way the sale was handled resulted in a financial loss for me, but I felt that this was not a major concern for the sales agents as long as they achieved their percentage and closed the deal. I expected professional advice, transparency, and genuine support throughout the process. Unfortunately, I did not feel that the seller’s best interests were being considered. Very disappointing experience, and I would encourage sellers to carefully consider this before choosing a sales agent.
