Juan was responsive and attentive once my preferences were clear (to me) and clear and effective in negotiating with my buyer’s agent. (I’m a teacher. I never give full marks.)
Juan understands the market very well, fully acknowledged advantage and disadvantage of the property. Very good analysation on buyers. Very good approach on the buyer and listen to vendor as well.
Juan is a very hard working agent, and he’s a genuinely nice and likeable person which I think is important for both the seller and the buyer of a property. I think our sale would have done much better if we didn’t have a wildcard of a strata report. We had water issues in our building that had been resolved but the strata report made it look bad and scared off a lot of potential buyers. I would suggest to advise sellers of apartments to get the strata report before you decide to put the property on the market, so you can have a plan if it does look bad. Juan did a great job on auction day, he was fantastic at keeping all nervous parties calm and I believe he did get a good price for our apartment considering the strata issues.
I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable Juan was with the local market, in particular, the types of potential buyers that would be attracted to my specific property. This provided for a well targeted marketing strategy. He also has excellent interpersonal skills. He showed great judgement in the right time to contact people. He was in contact with me at key points and never unnecessarily. He always provided useful information based on sound data from the campaign. Always professional.
Juan is a genuinely nice guy, he’s hard working and will do all he can to sell your property. He gives you regular updates on what is happening with your campaign. I think he manages to walk that narrow line of doing what’s best for the seller as well as looking out for the needs of the buyer. He’s as cool as a cucumber on auction day helping calm the nerves of all parties involved. You won’t regret using him as your agent.

He kept me informed of every open, every interested party and followed each interested party to determine level of interest and to gain offers. It was an easy period to be selling but in the end he achieved an acceptable price that way more then offers he fielded during the process.
