She helped me gain access to the townhouse before settlement, so that carpet layers could measure up and a painter could quote on work required. We have sold multiple houses over the last 50 years and I would say without a doubt Judy has been the best agent we have ever done business with. Judy was always very positive and always let us know what was happening. Two weeks into the Marketing of our house Pad took ill and was admitted to hospital. Judy assured me telling me" look after Pad" and she did the running around to conveyancer and sorting out paper work etc. The next week she made one the best phone calls I have ever had she rang me at the hospital I was beside my husband she told me to put the phone on loud speaker and told us she had had an offer which we accepted. It was great medicine for my husband.
