From the first communication with Judy and Kieran we felt very comfortable with the fact that they had excellent local knowledge. Kieran was very helpful at the decluttering stage helping to physically move boxes to a store. Once on the market The communication regarding who had come to open and what their situation was in their readiness to purchase and obviously if they wanted to purchase. We only had two open homes and had several interested buyers the first of which ended up Exchanging contracts within a week. So the whole process was very quick painless and we received above what we expected due to the negotiation skills of duty and Kieran.
