Compassionate and BEST you need!

Jude is an outstanding agent to list your home with not only because of her record sale prices; but for her compassion, care, honesty & patience. When we met with Jude we were immediately comfortable; big smile, bright eyes, prompt, well spoken, fashionable & confident woman. She had sold a few apartments in our block at record prices in an softening market, & by now the market was on a clear decline which she was upfront & honest about. We listed with her in a tough market. A very tough market. Long story short, Jude sold our apartment TWICE (one buyer rescinded the contract due to circumstances) & then she sold it again for a price we were thrilled with! She never burns bridges & remained in constant contact with all buyers that came to our open homes-in the meanwhile I was over stressed with 4 small kids preparing for opens for months, I used to call Jude crying that many times & she would come over & just hug me. I jokingly tell her she needs a degree in psychology to go hand in hand with her real estate! The amount of times she talked me off a ledge... Jude is patient, attentive, ALWAYS available to talk, calls back, answers her phone, answers questions, provides information, kept us informed, has every contact under the sun, is on good terms with everyone (even other agents & their buyers-kind to all) Jude is on the ball 24/7 she even worked on her days off showing buyers my home on Sunday’s giving up her family time with her twins. She goes above & beyond in every way imaginable. She is an intelligent & clever lady-she under promised & over delivered, she works with eager hands & keeps both buyer & vendor happy which I salute. Most of all she had compassion for me, she had empathy for the situation I was in, I was not just a number or pay check to her, I was a real person & I’m happy to say now a very good friend.
