Although Judy is more well known for her rural sales she researched the local market and justified the asking price after suggesting a price range and considering our input. This proved to be correct as we had 2 offers at the asking price within the first week. She had qualified our buyers and then completed the sale with confidance. This made the whole process for us quite relaxed with no stress.
