Judy was very helpful in describing the property and local area, and fantastic at facilitating all the extra arrangements we needed prior to exchange and settlement. She was proactive in her communication, and created an easy link between us (buyers) and the seller. She made sure any questions we had were promptly dealt with. It was also lovely to meet an agent who had all the contract information on hand for her properties at the time of inspection. After our move, Judy has made special efforts to welcome us to the area and is someone we can turn to with any questions. I respect Judy's straightforward style and I'd happily purchase through her again.
