Judy is, I dare say, the best real agent we have had dealings with. From the home open, to our offer, and through to settlement, Judy was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating when it came to both us, the buyers and to the sellers. Judy has excellent communication. The steps from our offer being accepted through to settlement were clearly laid out with the relevant dates and time frames. The rules for seller and buyer were also made clear - something other agents haven't done for us. Reply time to our enquiries was fantastic and our requests were accommodated very well.
