There is no fluff with Judy and people may think this is rude, however Judy is just direct and honest so don’t take it to heart as she has the best intentions for her sellers and buyers. I found there to be an extreme lack of customer service. There was very little contact kept between us and her that I would expect from any other real estate agent. If the house I was purchasing did not hold emotional value to my family I would have dropped the purchase all together just on how I was treated during the entire transaction. I did not feel respected or valued at all. Requested valuations weren’t done. Documents weren’t sent in a timely manner (or in some cases at all). She was difficult to get in contact with and was quite rude when we didn’t make an effort to keep her up to date with how things were travelling (despite not contacting us to ask). Would not recommend her or action reality to anyone.
