For example, she facilitate our enquiry on how to get conveyancer and provided property details required for property insurance. She has been checking in at any stage if her help is needed. In summary, is people oriented sale agent.

I found there to be an extreme lack of customer service. There was very little contact kept between us and her that I would expect from any other real estate agent. If the house I was purchasing did not hold emotional value to my family I would have dropped the purchase all together just on how I was treated during the entire transaction. I did not feel respected or valued at all. Requested valuations weren’t done. Documents weren’t sent in a timely manner (or in some cases at all). She was difficult to get in contact with and was quite rude when we didn’t make an effort to keep her up to date with how things were travelling (despite not contacting us to ask). Would not recommend her or action reality to anyone.
Highly recommend for selling houses, very pleasant and upfront would recommend Judy to anyone looking to sell .. We have built a relationship with Judy as she is very easy to deal with.
