Contacted Judy after reading other reviews. Judy has a straight forward approach and doesn't waste sellers or buyers time with unrealistic offers. House sold for expected price with an easy settlement. Would definitely recommend her to sell property.

Judy is exceptional to work with. She was very understanding with the hours that i choose to work. She organised to contact me at times that suited me which might have been outside of her work hours. Eg contacting me after 4pm or 5pm knowing I work night shifts. Judy was also very understanding and patient with my delay in replying due to the hours I work and sleep time. The service Judy and the team provided was just superb quality. She also said stated that if I wanted to know anything about the area or have any problems at all to contact her she is more than happy to help. 😀

We put our tenant occupied house for sale while we are overseas. With help of Judy we quickly found a buyer and the experience was easy and seamless.
Judy was extremely proactive in promoting the sale of our house at Collingwood Park. She did this through following up with her buying clients, organising open house' and circulation her new letter featuring local properties including our own. A point that could have been improved on was that we were not told that she was going on leave, for some weeks, until after listing our property with her firm. I have no reservations in recommending Judy to anyone selling their property in any area that Judy is undertaking property sales.
My husband and i both loved judy for her honesty and she was always so obliging ....she returned calls promptly and was so helpfull it was always so good to see her because she has such a warm personality. ... i can't recommend her highly enough and will miss not seeing her each week ...
