You introduced the buyer of our house to the property within five weeks of listing it. This was remarkable, given the fact that, being a pole house, the property required a special buyer. We had expected we could easily wait two years for the right buyer. I remember you said, at our first meeting, that it was all about having good systems in place. You certainly have those, because the buyer came from your database. I also remember with some embarrassment that, initially, we decided to pass you over in favour over a large franchise. We thought their resources would be better. How wrong we were. You not only found us a buyer quick smart, for a house that was at the top of the median price range in the area, but you also found us our new home. What a saga we had looking for the right place to downsize to, with lots of false starts and mis-steps. And what a horrible experience it was, in part, dealing with other agents who lacked your warmth and genuine customer care skills. You stepped in and saved us from making a big mistake by finding exactly the right place for the two of us and, most importantly, our dog. We are so very happy in our new home. Once again we have great neighbours and the location is so very right for us. Everything is perfect.
