Judy was recommended to us by a friend that purchased a house that was listed with Action Realty Collingwood Park. As the 'seller' and the person paying Judy's commission one would assume she was working for us, but this was not the case. The only time we heard from Judy was the day we signed her as our agent and 4 emails asking us to 'RateMyAgent'.
