I previously had my property on the market with another agent who indicated he specialised in selling Prestige property. After a number of weeks on the market with little to no feedback and very few inspections, I decided it was time to change agents. Judy’s recommendation was to auction my property which I was a little hesitant to agree with initially because I had previously had a poor experience. However I am delighted to say she was able to sell my property at auction for a price I was very happy with.
