To be honest I was a bit apprehensive at first to go with Upside, being a new player in the field. But after my initial chat with Judy, my concerns were unfounded. Judy was professional and highly competent and guided us through the whole sale process. She was very patient and explained the situation as it was and did not pressure us to make a decision. This allowed us time to think and make decisions that we were comfortable with. The online support from the Upside team made it easy for us to know the status of the sale campaign at any time. The online app had details of number of inspections, enquiries, individual responses from the prospective buyers etc, basically all the information as a vendor would ask. On the whole an excellent experience and good result.
